This a Competition Between my Dad and Myself to
see who has the skill or luck
to score the most points during the F1 season.
1) POLE POSITION : Correct selection =
20 points.
2) RACE RESULT :
Nominate drivers for
1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th/6th/7th/8th
If nominated driver finishes in predicted
place then the points will be 30pts + race
points (e.g. 1st=+10 2nd=+8 etc.)
If any of the nominated drivers finish in any
other place than their selected finish position
they receive race points as per F1 rules (e.g.
1st=+10 2nd=+8 etc.)
3) FASTEST LAP : Correct Selection =
20 points.
4) LAST RUNNER : Correct Selection =
10 points.
(This is the driver still running
at the end of the race and is classified as
last.)
5) Total Maximum points per round = 329 points.
6) Verification site : F1 official web site.
Any late amendments will be used after
scrutinizing to re-adjust points.
Official results, as per history records,
will be the guide to points allocation.
7) If a chosen driver is substituted by
another driver after choices are submitted then
a fresh choice can be made, in lieu of the
substituted choice only, prior to the race start
or qualifying (if time permits). If time does
not allow for new selection before qualifying
then the pole position points shall be forfeited
for both the chosen driver and the substitute
driver.
8) In the case of a tie in points scored at
the end of the season then the winner shall be
decided by firstly the number of rounds won. If
this is level, then by the number of correct
choices for 1st place, then 2nd place, then 3rd
place, then 4th place where necessary.
9) Entries to be submitted to one another no
later than midnight (GMT/BST) on the Friday
immediately prior to the race
